

Surya Namaskar, or “Sun Salutation,” is a breath-led movement sequence designed to energise the body and focus the mind. Guided by Rob Rea, this practice combines rhythmic breathing with a series of flowing postures, encouraging you to synchronise each inhale and exhale with movement.
The session begins with gentle grounding, then moves through a cycle of stretches and bends that open the chest, lengthen the spine, and awaken the whole body. Rob’s approach is warm and accessible, inviting you to find your own pace, let go of perfection, and simply enjoy the process.
